Internet Marketing is broader than making money online or working from home

I have read so much about having a niche that I was making the mistake of concentrating my efforts to a very small niche where a much bigger nich can benefit from what I am doing.

The story

When I started my website http://www.orientaccion.com I was attracting visitors who wanted to know how to make money online.

Even before officilally launching it my webiste became very popular.

I am really interested in keep my visitors coming back to this website http://www.orientaccion.com

My strategy is to bring visitors to this site (http://www.orientaccion.com) and from there send them to my different websites where I sell my products.

At http://www.orientaccion.com I do not sell anything. I provide good and relevant content for people who want to start a business from home or generate an income online.

I describe and provide detailed information about the different ways how people can make money online.

I also have a forum where people can post questions and I am very happy to answer them.

My idea is to build a community where people interested in the same topics: work from home, make money online, generate an online income can help each other.

In this way they will also contribute to my website content.

Change to Internet Marketing

Today I changed from work from home, make money online, generate an income to Internet Marketing.

Reasons:

Internet Marketing is a broader title that can attract more people
Internet Marketing can attract more advertiser
I am happier to be related and known as an expert in Internet Marketing than being known as a work from home expert
My information is indeed about Internet Marketing and it will help much more people

The Tips

Think broader

In my case I was narrowing my niche. I asked myself: Who can be benefited with your information?

The answer was that not only people considering to work from home or making money online.

People who want to start a business, people who want to get more clients, small businesses, individuals or businesses who wanted to become popular online and offline.

Think what you have to offer

I offer a forum where people can come and ask me or ask the community questions about Internet Marketing, becoming an interntet Marketer.

I offer information about the different ways how people can make money online but it is also relevant information for individuals or businesses who want to promote online and offline.

My mistake was that I wasn’t looking at both sides of my content. I just looked at the “making money online/work from home” side, not the Internet Marketing side too.
