Multilevel Marketing is selling products by using independent distributors and allowing these distributors to build and manage their own sales force by recruiting, motivating, supplying, and training others to sell products. The distributors’ compensation includes their own sales and a percentage of the sales of their sales group (downline).Multi Level Marketing or MLM in short describes the marketing partnership or affiliation business practices used to build networks of marketing levels and multi tieGreen affiliates sellers.
Real example of Multilevel MarketingTo understand it better let’s think about Amway. I am sure you have heard of it. |
Amway produces products and recruits independent distributos (let’s call them Orange - for explanation purposes).
Independent distributors (Orange) buy from Amway a certain amount of products every month and find independent distributors too (let’s call them Blue).
Blue buys products from Orange every month as well. Orange makes money from commissions. Amway makes money from purchases from Orange and Blue.
Blue finds more distributors to make money with commissions. Orange gets a percentage of Blue sales.
This multi-tier system repeats over and over again.
Since Blue and Orange are independent distributors they have to conduct their own marketing strategies to attract more people to the system.
Normally the way it works is: oldies help newbies. They are all interested in getting more people. They all need more independent distributors to make more money.
Example:
Blue is new to the system.
Blue finds a new prospect (Green).
Blue invites Green to an Introductory talk or presentation.
Orange talks to Green and answers all her question.
Blue does the follow up.

Many people make money with Residual Income.
Recurring Income is another term for residual income. In a nutshell, there are three (3) types of income streams that you may have coming into your business.
1. If you do a one-time job, sale or perform a contract, you get paid once
and the income stops there.
2. If you do a normal 9 to 5 job, you will continue to get paid as long you
continue to work for your employer—often called a linear income. This is
the type of income that the majority of workers “enjoy.” Even if you are a
neurosurgeon, lawyer or engineer, you are only paid as long as you
continue working. You stop working and the bank account dwindles.
3. The third type of income is the recurring income where you are paid
even after you have stopped working. For example, you wrote a book and
as long as your book continues to sell, you will continue to receive royalty
income for a work done once.
Majority of rich and affluent people created wealth through a form of recurring
income stream. Take singer Michael Jackson for example; he still continues to
receive royalty from the sales of his records made decades ago. He can even
repackage the same oldies and sell them to generate new income. He doesn’t
have to spend time in the studio to record new songs in order to have the cash
keep flowing in! This is the most ideal situation of the three. We would all like to
work once and get paid over and over again. That is the power of recurring
income!
The majority of professionals that enjoy this type of income belong to the creative
fields such as actors, writers, singers, and inventors.

I decided to rebrand my website and blog.
My previous title was Karina Guerra only.
Now I changed it to work and earn from home because I saw how Google is finding my blog through my title. I thought not many people will come and use my name “karina guerra” as a keyword in google but many people look for “work from home“ so I will help google and search engines to help me.
I also thought that “work and earn from home” was better than “making money online”. I have the sensation that people looking for “making money online” content are desperately looking for ideas to make money online fast. What I offer at www.orientaccion.com is my knowledge about the different ways how people can make money on the Internet. However, some work is necessary to be able to start making money online.
